Unclaimed Funds

To search for Unclaimed Funds issued by BERS, please use one of the following search methods:

1. Enter either your first name, last name or the organization name in the search field below (Note: to yield the best results do not enter both first and last name)
2. Enter the Membership Number (Ex: 600000)

To claim a payment, please complete, notarize, and submit the lost check affidavit form
