Inspectors determine if construction work is being done safely and in conformance with approved applications, plans, and specifications in accordance with the NYC Construction Code, Zoning Resolution, or other pertinent laws and rules enforced by the Department of Buildings. Our Professional Engineers (PEs) and Registered Architects (RAs) review building plans to determine if the intended work is in accordance with NYC Construction Codes.
