Resources for City Agency Partners
Each City agency and organization whose utility energy costs are paid for by the City of New York is required to designate an energy liaison officer (ELO). ELOs are charged with:
- reviewing and sharing monthly energy usage reports within their agency
- notifying DCAS about any billing concerns they identify
- informing DCAS about any changes to utility accounts, such as those that are created when an agency moves to a new building
- serving as a point of contact on energy-related issues.
