The submission deadline was July 31, 2024 at 5:00pm (ET).

Application Templates

Download and complete the templates below if our Guidelines indicate that you’re required to upload them to your online application.

• Treasurer’s Statement (if your FY22 operating budget is under $50,000)
• Organizational Budget Template (if your primary mission is beyond arts and culture)
• Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form (For all applicants)

For questions about the CDF guidelines, instructions or application content, contact your organization’s program officer directly via email.

We encourage renewal applicants to view the recorded webinar presented for FY25 CDF annual applicants.  For those submitting a renewal application, it offers helpful details on navigating the new application platform, guidance on completing sections of the application and overall guidelines on the application.

FY24 CDF Grantees

Notification of the outcome of the FY24 CDF application process was sent to all applicants. To access your FY24 CDF notification documents, please log in to your organizations’ account in the DCLA grant portal, click the FY24 CDF tile -then click “View/Download” section, which is, accessible via the Dashboard in the DCLA portal.

The Fiscal 2024 funding requirements for all CDF grantees is available; please download this PDF for instructions on returning your grant agreement, and other compliance requirements.
