Health and Human Services Solicitations

Health and Human Services Requests for Proposals are released through PASSPort. Providers should check the PASSPort Public Portal for all upcoming requests.

To respond to a request in PASSPort, providers must:

• Have a PASSPort account. Create a PASSPort account.
• Be prequalified in PASSPort. To determine your organization's prequalification status, or to become prequalified in PASSPort, see the Health and Human Services Prequalification in PASSPort Provider Information Sheet (PDF).

City Council Discretionary Awards

Starting July 1, 2020, City Council discretionary contracts will be managed in PASSPort. If your organization has awards to be cleared in fiscal year 2021, it must have a PASSPort account.
