RFP Release

HPD released the Stebbins Avenue Request for Proposals (RFP) on February 5, 2024. HPD invited developers to submit proposals to develop high-quality, sustainable housing with community amenities in Community District 3 in the Bronx. An online pre-submission conference was held on March 4, 2024. Submissions were due no later than 4:00 PM on Friday, May 3, 2024. HPD is currently reviewing submissions to the Stebbins Avenue RFP.
