If you are a City employee or other individual covered by the City of New York's Equal Employment Opportunity Policy, please refer to that policy. In addition to the internal process for filing complaints under the EEO Policy, individuals may choose to pursue their complaint through federal, state, or local enforcement agencies charged with enforcing discrimination laws. Some external agencies are listed in Appendix B of the policy. MOPD may provide technical expertise to City agencies on the types of accommodations that may be possible, but will not field inquiries from covered individuals regarding specific complaints related to their employment.
