Welcome to Coler Rehabilitation and Nursing Care Center. As one of the largest and most comprehensive rehabilitation and skilled nursing facilities in the area we serve residents from all over New York City. In fact, our residents are at the center of everything we do.

We are not your typical nursing home. Our team expertly delivers care and services in a fun, community setting:

• Expert skilled nursing care. Our award-winning programs deliver comprehensive care for even the most complex conditions. Our team is skilled in techniques to help maximize your independence.
• Advanced equipment and technology.Our residents benefit from some of the best available equipment and technology including therapeutic exercise equipment and wheelchairs controlled by sip-and-puff technology.
• On-site clinical services. With a team of doctors available around the clock, along with on-site lab, radiology and pharmacy services, we provide care for sub-acute and routine medical needs. This way, you can avoid the stress and hassle of transferring to another facility and focus on getting better.
• Activities and programming. We believe that staying active is an important part of your care. We offer activities meeting a wide range of interests, including a resident-run radio station and computer lab with adaptive technology.
