License and Registration Terms, Fees and Applications

Carting Licenses

Term:

Two years initially and two-year renewals

Fees:

• $5,000 license fee for a two-year term
• $600 one-time license application investigation fee
• $500 fee per vehicle for a two-year term
• $600 disclosure for each principal
• $600 disclosure fee for each key employee
• Fingerprint fee as required by New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services. The Business Integrity Commission (BIC) will advise the applicant of the requisite fee amount.

Micro-hauler Licenses

Term:

Two years initially and two-year renewals

Fees:

• $600 license fee for a two-year term
• $500 fee per vehicle for a two-year term
• $100 disclosure fee for each managerial employee
• Fingerprint fee as required by New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services. BIC will advise the applicant of the requisite fee amount.

Labor Union or Labor Organizations Registrations

Term:

Five years initially and five-year renewals

Fees:

• $4,000 registration application fee for a five-year term
• $600 disclosure fee for each officer

C & D Registrations

Term:

Two years initially and two-year renewals

Fees:

• $3,500 registration fee for a two-year term
• $500 fee per vehicle for a two-year term

Self-Hauler Registrations

Term:

Two years initially and two-year renewals

Fees:

• $1,000 registration fee for a two-year term
• $400 fee per vehicle for a two-year term

Broker Registrations

Term:

Two years initially and two-year renewals

Fees:

• $5,000 registration fee for a two-year term
