Past Agendas

The meeting agendas are posted online three business days in advance of each meeting (see table below) and published in the City Record. Agendas are also distributed to all City Council members, Community Boards, and City agency liaisons.

Past Meeting Minutes

The Public Design Commission's meetings are recorded and the videos are posted online within three days of the meeting date. The actions taken by the Commission at its public meetings are documented in minutes (certificates of approval) that are generally available within one week of the meeting date.
