Talent and Workforce Development Interagency Cabinet

The Talent and Workforce Development Interagency Cabinet brings together the Chief Workforce Officers from the City agencies to better position residents for career success, employers to tap the talent they need locally, our economy to thrive, and historic employment disparities to diminish. The purpose of the Cabinet is to:

• Drive coordination and efficiency across City departments for a better jobseeker and employer experience as well as improve overall employment results.
• Mobilize existing and leverage new resources to invest in talent and workforce development.
• Steward and strengthen internal and existing partnerships to ensure all New Yorkers have access to sustainable job and career opportunities.
