5-Year Action Plan

The Consolidated Plan consists of a Five-Year approach, which includes a Housing Market Analysis, Needs Assessment, Strategic Plan; and an Annual Action Plan, which is released each year of the five-year and describes how annual local and federal resources will be utilized during the upcoming year.

The City’s five-year strategic plan consists of the years 2021-2025 and its proposed first year Action Plan for 2021.
