Neighborhood 360° grants provide funding to nonprofit organizations to address key findings and commercial revitalization opportunities identified in a Commercial District Needs Assessment (CDNA).
Grants support projects that strengthen and revitalize the streets, small businesses, and community-based organizations that anchor New York City neighborhoods. Grants are awarded to community-based organizations (CBOs) in eligible neighborhoods for organizations to staff, plan, and implement customized commercial revitalization programs over multiple years!
The Neighborhood 360° program is launching a new round of grants. Grants will be awarded to community-based organizations (CBOs) in Red Hook, Port Richmond, and West Brighton. Grants will be used to address unique local needs in this neighborhood that have been identified through a series of surveys, observations, and stakeholder interviews through a Commercial District Needs Assessment.
Grants of up to $300,000 per year will be awarded to nonprofit organizations to serve the targeted commercial districts. These multi-year grants (up to 3 years) will provide dedicated funding for a full-time program manager to help the selected organizations develop, execute, and manage high-quality commercial revitalization services.
